Many of our restaurant managers started their careers as crew members in our restaurants. Some of those employees have gone on to work in corporate positions. In fact, former Village Inn crew members include the current Sr. VP of Purchasing, VP of Construction, Regional VP, Director of Quality Assurance and Manager of New Restaurant Openings.

And what’s most impressive, we have employees in all job positions who have been with Village Inn for 20 years or more.

Corporate Support

Our first priority at corporate headquarters in Denver, CO is to support our restaurant managers and crew members so they can effectively deal with their most important task—making our guests happy.

Training

We provide employees with what they need to succeed. We offer paid training for both crew members and managers in training so they are assured of getting off to a good start.

Our innovative management training Training Materials program focuses on teaching new managers how to successfully run our business and goes beyond training the tasks necessary to run a shift. We provide ongoing development so they continue to learn and grow even after their initial training is completed.

Crew training materials are tailored to an employee’s previous experience so that they’re working on their own as early as possible.

Resources

Support for employees doesn’t end when the training period is over.

When employees have questions about anything... a new menu or promotion, a computer acting up or health insurance issues, we are there to assist them.

The Marketing Department, Computer Help Center, and Benefits Department are just a few of the resources available for Village Inn employees whenever the need arises.
