Qualifying Process
The Qualification Specialist will be an important resource and will act as your guide through the following steps designed to aid in your decision-making process of becoming a Village Inn Franchise Partner.

STEP 1: Initial phone conversation with Franchise Development representative.
STEP 2: Candidate completes and returns Franchise Application.
STEP 3: Qualifications Specialist completes financial review of candidate's Franchise Application and conducts background investigation.
STEP 4: Franchise Disclosure Document sent to candidate (Acknowledgment of Receipt page must be returned before proceeding to the next step).
STEP 5: Franchise Development representative contacts candidate to discuss Franchise Disclosure Document.
STEP 6: Candidate meets face-to-face with Franchise Development representative and senior management of Village Inn at the corporate headquarters in Denver, CO.
STEP 7: Candidate observes operating system in a Village Inn restaurant.
STEP 8: Candidate completes and returns his/her business plan to the Franchise Development representative.
STEP 9: Candidate receives franchise agreement for execution.
STEP 10: Candidate submits signed franchise agreement and makes payment of the franchise fee.
